Payment
Payment can me made by Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard or Paypal account. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, markina.com.au will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
Markina.com.au takes every precaution to make our site is as secure as possible. We do not hold any payment details on record.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you have purchased the wrong size, colour or style and would like to exchange it or return it, please contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of purchase. You will be sent instructions on how to return the item. The item needs to be returned unworn and in its original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund. Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
When exchanging for “a change of mind” (different size, colour or style), a $5.00 re-delivery charge will be applied. Any credit due upon exchange of goods will be issued by way of Credit Note.
Any new charges upon exchange of goods (if new item is of higher cost) will be charged to the original method of payment. Customers are responsible for postage and handling fees for return of goods, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
If you are returning items, upon inspecting them, we will gladly credit you the original method of payment.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the item when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the items. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
